If felt so good to talk to someone about every aspect of my life without judgement. Things I haven’t told my best friend, I have told Richard, and because of that, he has helped me make connections between problems I would not have seen otherwise. It’s like being able to talk out loud to your conscience. He calls you on your bullshit, doesn’t accept excuses, and actually makes you want to be a better you.
