Running The World’s Steepest Race

I ran the Red Bull 400 in Planica, Slovenia in September 2018. My time was 11:06. When I finished the race, I collapsed onto the finishing platform, was dragged away to crash mats on the side where me and the other athletes writhed around in pain for about 5 minutes. I have never done such brutal cardio in all my life. Thanks to my team mates who supported me so much.

My 13 Top Ketogenic / Paleo Snacks

A lot of my coaching clients ask me for my list of healthy snacks, so here they are! below is a complete list of all the snacks I enjoy daily. They are all completely suitable for a ketogenic or paleo diet. There are no artificial chemicals in these foods, and each is selected for the micronutrient density, taste, high fibre content and ease of consumption (healthy foods are often not ‘grab and go’ – most of these are).

My Supplement Regime

The Western System, and How to Make It Work

Let me get one thing utterly clear, I love the Western culture. Its freedom, industrial might and stability allow me to enjoy an uncommonly fun existence. There is no other culture I would rather be born in or live in. Period. But… Depression and suicide are at unprecedented levels here in the West, as are obesity and diabetes and detest for one’s work.
